Referral Terms
TAP GLOBAL LIMITED REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM - TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. INTRODUCTION:
1.1. These terms and conditions ("Referral Terms") govern the Tap Global Limited. (“Tap”, "we", "us") Referral Bonus Program (the "Program") that allows you (a "User", "you") to earn monetary or non-monetary bonuses ("Bonus") by referring others to use our services.
2. ELIGIBILITY:2.1. To be eligible for the Program, you must:
a) Be a registered user with a valid account ("Account")
b) Be in full compliance with our general Terms & Conditions
c) Have completed the requisite Know Your Customer ("KYC") checks
d) Maintain an account in good standing
3. REFERRAL BONUS:
3.1. Upon a successful referral, both the referrer and the referee will be eligible for a Bonus.3.2. The Bonus amount and currency will vary based on the user privilege level of the referee at the time of upgrading from the Essential tier.3.3. The Bonus for the referrer will be credited to their available balance for immediate use.3.4. The Bonus for the referee will be locked for a period of 12 months from the date of credit.
4. REFERRAL PROCESS:
4.1. Referrals should be made via the user's unique referral link or code, which is generated within the User's Tap account.4.2. The referred individual (referee) must:
a) Create a new account with Tap
b) Successfully complete KYC checks
c) Abide by Tap's Terms & Conditions
d) Upgrade their account from the Essential user privilege to any higher tier within 60 days of L1 KYC approval4.3. The Bonus will only be credited after the referee has upgraded their account from the Essential user privilege.
5. BONUS ACTIVATION AND EXPIRY:
5.1. For referrers, the Bonus will be activated and available for claiming once the referee has upgraded their account.5.2. Referrers must claim their Bonus through the mobile app to receive the credit.5.3. The referral Bonus will expire if the referee does not upgrade to a higher user privilege from Essential within 60 days from the date their L1 KYC is approved.
6. LIMITATIONS:
6.1. Bonuses are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.6.2. Tap reserves the right to suspend accounts or remove Referral Bonuses if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of Tap's general Terms & Conditions.6.3. The Program is currently only available for Tap customers. Availability for Tap US customers will be announced at a future date.
7. USER PRIVILEGES:
7.1. The following user privileges are available: Essential (default), Plus, Prime, Premier, Platinum and Prestige.7.2. User privileges and their associated benefits, including Referral Bonus amounts, may be subject to change.
8. AMENDING THE TERMS:
8.1. We may amend these Referral Terms or suspend or terminate the Program at any time without notice. Should we do this, we will not have any liability with respect to the Program, including any amendment, suspension, or termination.
9. PRIVACY:
9.1. Any personal data collected for the Program will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. GOVERNING LAW:
10.1. These Referral Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Gibraltar.By participating in the Program, you acknowledge and agree to these Referral Terms.
