How do I add money to my Tap account?

There are plenty of ways to top up your account! Here’s how to access them in your Tap app:

Step 1: Open the Tap app on your phone

Step 2: From the Home menu, choose “Load”

Step 3: Once you’re in the “load” section, you’ll see all of our options to top up your account. 

You can add money to your Tap account by:

Card top-up: add money straight away with a debit card. 

Bank transfer: add money through a bank transfer.
