If you are unable to download the Tap app, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
Service Availability:
Tap services are currently only available in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), and the United States (USA). If you are trying to download the app from outside these regions, it will not be available.
VPN Settings:
If you have a VPN enabled on your device, check the location it is set to. The app may be unavailable if your VPN is set to a location outside of the EEA, UK, or USA. Disable the VPN or set it to a supported region and try downloading the app again.
