Why can I not withdraw my crypto?

Minimum Withdrawal Amount Not Met

Every cryptocurrency has a minimum withdrawal amount. If your withdrawal request does not meet this minimum requirement, the transfer will not go through. You can view the minimum withdrawal amount on your trading screen.

Insufficient Funds to Cover Withdrawal Fee

The amount you are trying to withdraw must be enough to cover the withdrawal fee. If your balance is insufficient to cover this fee, the transaction will not be processed. The withdrawal fee is displayed on your trading screen before you complete the transfer.

Unsupported Wallet Address

If you are attempting to withdraw to an unsupported wallet, the transfer will fail. For example, if you are trying to withdraw USDT to a wallet that does not support ERC20 tokens, the transaction will not be completed. Ensure that the wallet you are sending to supports the specific token network.
