Before checking the status of your bonus, let's review the requirements:
- Your friend successfully signed up for an account using your unique referral link during registration and upgraded to one of our premium Plans.
- Both you and your friend have completed the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process and had your accounts fully approved.
- The referred friend upgrades to one of our premium accounts.
Once these criteria are met, the system will automatically initiate the bonus payout to your account within 24 hours to allow for verification processes.
Unfortunately, if your friend did not use your referral link correctly during registration or did not upgrade to one of our premium plans, we are unable to apply the referral bonus retroactively.
While we understand the disappointment if a bonus is missed due to user error, we maintain a consistent process for fairness to all users. However, you can continue to earn referral bonuses by successfully referring new friends or family members in the future.
