Terms and conditions for "Sign up to Win" campaign.

1.Introduction:
By participating in the "Sign up to Win" promotion (the "Promotion"), organised by Tap Global (the "Promoter"), each participant agrees to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledges that any decision by the Promoter regarding the Promotion shall be final and binding in all respects.

‍2. Eligibility:
The Promotion is strictly open to individuals who are legal residents of countries within the European Economic Area (EEA) or the European Union (EU) where Tap Global offers its services.

Residents of the United Kingdom are expressly excluded from participation in this Promotion.

Employees, agents, contractors, or affiliates of the Promoter, are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Participate:
To qualify for the Promotion, participants must:Complete the registration process for a Tap account in its entirety, including the submission of all required identification and verification documents, during the Promotion.

Period as defined in Section 4; Deposit a minimum of €10 into their Tap account within the Promotion Period; and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and the Promoter’s Terms of Service.

Incomplete registrations or deposits made outside the specified Promotion Period shall be deemed invalid and ineligible for entry.

4. Promotion Period:
The Promotion shall commence on 15 January 2025 at 00:01 CET and shall conclude on 31 January 2025 at 23:59 CET.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any entries or deposits made outside of this designated time frame.

‍5. Prize:
One eligible participant shall be awarded a €250 Bonus (the "Prize"), which will be credited directly to the winner’s Tap account.

The Prize is strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or any alternative forms of compensation.

Any tax liabilities or legal obligations associated with the receipt of the Prize shall be the sole responsibility of the recipient.

‍6. Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner shall be selected at random from all eligible entries within three (3) business days following the conclusion of the Promotion Period.

The selected winner shall be notified via the contact information provided during the registration process. It is the participant’s sole responsibility to ensure that their contact information is accurate and up to date.

‍7. General Conditions:
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.

The Promoter shall not be held responsible or liable for any technical malfunctions, unauthorised interventions, or other errors that may compromise the integrity of the Promotion.

Any attempts to manipulate or fraudulently alter the Promotion process shall result in immediate disqualification and may be subject to legal action

By participating in the Promotion, participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which is available on the Promoter’s application.

Personal data shall be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and shall not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Gibraltar. By participating in the Promotion, participants irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gibraltar for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the Promotion.
