Terms and conditions for "Sign up to Win" campaign.

Introduction
By participating in the "Fast Lane Challenge" promotion (the "Promotion"), organised by Tap Global (the "Promoter"), each participant agrees to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledges that any decision by the Promoter regarding the Promotion shall be final and binding in all respects.

‍Eligibility
‍The Promotion is strictly open to individuals who are legal residents of countries within the European Economic Area (EEA), the European Union (EU), or the United Kingdom, where Tap Global provides its services.

To be eligible, participants must have an active, verified Tap account. The prize will be credited exclusively to the participant’s Tap account. Entries from individuals who do not have a Tap account or fail to meet verification requirements will be deemed invalid and disqualified.

Employees, agents, contractors, or affiliates of the Promoter are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. Tap Global reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms.

‍How to Participate
‍The Contest consists of two separate challenges, each with its own entry period. Participation in the Contest is subject to the following conditions:

Prize Credit: Any prizes awarded through the Contest will be credited exclusively to the winner’s Tap account. No alternative forms of prize distribution, including cash or external transfers, will be available.

Challenge Periods:

Challenge 1: “Guess the fastest top speed recorded at the Australian GP.”: Begins on [14/03/2025 at 5:00 PM CET] and ends on [15/03/2025 at 11:59 PM CET]. 

Challenge 2: “How fast does Tap process a trade?”  Begins on [16/03/2025 at 11:00 AM CET] and ends on [17/03/2025 at 11:59 PM CET].

Submission Validity:
Only entries submitted within the designated challenge period will be considered. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

‍Prize
One eligible participant shall be awarded a $100 allocation (the "Prize"), which will be credited directly to the winner’s Tap account.The Prize is strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or any alternative forms of compensation.Any tax liabilities or legal obligations associated with the receipt of the Prize shall be the sole responsibility of the recipient.

‍Winner Selection and Notification
The winner shall be selected at random from all eligible entries within three (3) business days following the conclusion of the Promotion Period.The selected winner shall be notified via the contact information provided during the registration process. It is the participant’s sole responsibility to ensure that their contact information is accurate and up to date.

‍General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.The Promoter shall not be held responsible or liable for any technical malfunctions, unauthorised interventions, or other errors that may compromise the integrity of the Promotion.Any attempts to manipulate or fraudulently alter the Promotion process shall result in immediate disqualification and may be subject to legal action

‍Privacy
By participating in the Promotion, participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which is available on the Promoter’s application. Personal data shall be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and shall not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

‍Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Gibraltar. By participating in the Promotion, participants irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gibraltar for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the Promotion.

The Promotion is void where prohibited by law. It is the sole responsibility of each participant to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to their participation. The Promoter shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in the Promotion or the use of the Prize.
