What to do if my account has been compromised

If you feel like your Tap account may have been compromised or hacked, please submit an immediate request to support@tap.global as soon as possible so our that our Customer Support team can assist you.

We also recommend immediately changing your password - you can easily do so by following these steps:
• Start from the homepage
• Press on your profile picture
• Press at the top on "personal information & address"
• Choose "change password"
• Input your new password
